It means you're full of organs, organs that the state can harvest.

What is Organ Donation

When renewing your ID, you'll be asked if you would like to be an organ donor. Don't worry, the doctors aren't going to burst through the doors and tear your spleen out of your body.

In May of 2024, Arizona broke the record of the most donors in a single month in state history. 45 donors donated 118 organs for distribution across the medical sector. More than 100 lives were saved because of these donors, a miracle for one month.

The previous record in the state was seen in July of 2023, with 39 donors, still a sizeable achievement. The Donor Network of Arizona (DNA) has expressed joy at this, stating that they've seen a steady increase of donors since 1986: 180% in the past 15 years, and 121% in the last 10.

If you're undecided about whether or not to become an organ donor, just remember you're helping save lives. (You also won't notice your organs missing)
