The Phoenix Suns Are Making Basketball Affordable Again
Sporting events used to be for the people. Seats could be bought for as low as $10, and you could grab concessions for the entire family for under $15. That's changed, and prices have gotten ridiculously high for everything in live sports.
The NBA has become the biggest offender here, and even watching the games on TV has become a thousand dollar investment. Arizona's flagship basketball team wants to change that.
New Ownership
In 2023, Mat Ishiba became the majority shareholder for the Phoenix Suns. His reign started with a bang, as the 2023-24 season saw some of the best attendance records in program history. The Suns were one of 12 NBA teams that sold out every home game last season, and they've continued that trend into the 2024-25 campaign.
Ishiba is a man of the people, and like many new NBA owners, he loves his fanbase. He frequently spends time at games walking around the concourse, interacting with fans, and ensuring everyone has a perfect Suns experience.

Phoenix Suns Value Menu
As Ishiba mingled with fans around the stadium during the 2024-25 season, he noticed something troubling: concessions were ridiculously overpriced. So, he went to change that, and has become one of the NBA's cheapest arenas because of it.
The new Suns 'Value Menu" will offer drinks, hot dogs, and snacks for just two bucks a pop, meaning you can effectively get dinner and drinks for a family of four for sixteen dollars. What a deal.
Do you plan on going to more Suns games to check out the new menu?
