
THIS Arizona City Ranked As The Best Place In America To Raise A Family
When I graduated college, I knew exactly where I wanted to go. I had my heart set on Arizona, and nothing was going to stop me from making it.
Now that I'm here, I have no plans to leave, and it turns out that might be a perfect choice.

Recently, This Old House released their rankings on the best cities in the United States to raise a family in, and Arizona takes up a sizeable chunk. In fact, it's the state with the fourth most cities, behind California, Texas, and Florida.
Some of the most notable cities include Tucson (#77), Peoria (#69), Glendale (#66), and Mesa (#55), but all of Arizona's picks aren't so low. For instance, we have three of the top ten, including Chandler (#8) and Gilbert (#6), but Arizona's greatest gem sits higher than all the rest.

Arizona saved the best for last, or should I say first. I think I should, because Arizona's last candidate for this list wound up at the number one spot. That would be no other than Scottsdale, Arizona, named the best city to raise a family in in America.
There are plenty of reasons why Scottsdale ended up at the top, but the major factors were things like schools, landscape, and entertainment for all ages. Scottsdale is chock-full of these, and is an incredibly safe area to raise youngsters in. If you want to start a family any time soon, or make a move with one, Scottsdale should be at the top of your list.
