Firstly, you'll have to order the test. This can be done at My Lab ReQuest for $99. Once that's taken care of, wait for the test to arrive, and once it has, you can begin. The test will analyze five factors from your sample. These factors are:

• Sperm concentration
• Sperm mobility
• Progressive motility
• Motile sperm concentration
• Progressive motile sperm concentration

You'll need a computer or smartphone to take the test, as an app that comes with the test will give them a summary of their results, as well as a PDF fertility report that they can share with their physicians.
