How To Become An Arizona Superhero
We are living in unprecedented times. It seems that no matter where you look, another tragedy, disaster, or accident occurs that rocks the community. While it seems like these actions can be unfair, there is a group that ensures that these tragedies aren't the last word.
These are Arizona's Superheroes, and they need your help.
Who is The Red Cross?
Founded by Clara Barton in 1881, the American Red Cross is a humanitarian organization that focuses on one thing and one thing only: helping people.
The organization is built on the shoulders of thousands and thousands of volunteers who have selflessly fought for the wellbeing of their fellow man. By helping communities recover after disasters, natural or otherwise, the Red Cross shows that there is good in humanity, and that we are willing to fight for one another, regardless of who you are.
Arizona's Red Cross Needs Help
As the summer rages on in Arizona, wildfires are becoming more and more common, devastating local communities, and leaving them without the hope of rebuilding. The Red Cross has put everything they have into ensuring the safety of these communities, but it's still not enough.
The organization is spread too thin these days to make an impact, so they've reached out to the state to ask for your support. The Red Cross is looking for more volunteers in Arizona to help out with their disaster relief and blood drive programs. The more hands that can get behind this, is the more help that reaches those who need it.
