What Are Arizona’s New TSA Guidelines?
The TSA is notorious in America. Obviously, they're here to keep us safe, but most people just view them as a nuisance you have to go through to make it to your flight.
Their rules are ever changing, adding to this aggravation. Take your shoes off, keep your shoes on, take your electronics out, keep them in, etc. Now, a new series of rule changes are coming to Arizona that have residents of the Grand Canyon State in disbelief.
New TSA Rules
In 2025, the department of Homeland Security has once again changed their rules once again, hoping to create an easier experience for air travelers. For one, shoes will no longer be required to be taken off, ending a long standing tradition that has been in place since 2006.
They are also planning to implement a facial scanning technology that will allow passengers to board without having to talk to agents, and within half a year, they hope to allow you to keep your electronics in your bags.

How Does Arizona Feel About This?
Some of these changes have already gone in place, and some are planned to be on the way, but many Arizonans are not happy. They're used to a specific routine, and there will be thousands that are not entirely up to date with the process who will find themselves more frustrated than ever before.
On the other hand, many see the positives. The DHS is hoping to make TSA a faster and easier experience, and many of these changes will eliminate the hassle many have come to know and hate. What do you think? Will these changes help TSA in the long run, or will it make the experience even more frustrating?
