STUPID CRIMINAL: Man Steaks Bike, Loses Clothes In The Process

Times are hard right now. Most people have been struggling to make ends meet these days, and the economy sure isn't helping. It's no surprise then, that theft has been on the rise.

Maybe they do it for the thrill, maybe it's just to scrape together a few more dollars to survive, but whatever their reason, thieves will do anything they can to separate you from your possessions.

It doesn't always go as planned though.

The (Attempted) Theft

Early in the morning on August 14th, a Phoenix family was caught off guard by something strange happening in their driveway. Two men were outside, attempting to walk off with the family's motorcycle! The family said it almost seemed like they were recording a fake viral video, making everything harder for themselves for the sake of comedy.

That obviously wasn't the case, as they were actively trying to walk away with one of this family's prized possessions. Before the victims could do anything else, karma caught up to the would-be burglars.

Caught With Their Pant's Down

Literally. As the two men attempted to walk off with the bike, one man's pants fell down, which give the family enough time to bang on the window, call the police, and scare them away. Despite having a getaway vehicle halfway stolen, the two took off on foot, and were not seen again.

The police are still investigating the crime, but the bike and family remain safe. Hopefully, when the culprits are caught, prison pants will fit just a bit better.
