Arizona Is Finally About To Punish Slow Drivers
Driving is one of my favorite activities, no matter where I'm going, I love to have a bit of my day focused on nothing more than staying in between the lines with my foot on the pedal.
There's no kind of driver that will kill your vibe more than slow drivers, and when they're in the fast lane, forget it. That nuisance may finally be coming to an end.
The Dangers of Lazy Drivers
Bad drivers exist on every roadway, but there's one specific breed that drives me up a wall. That would be drivers who get in the right lane (otherwise known as the fast lane), and proceed to drive lower than the speed limit.
Aside from angering other drivers on the road, possibly leading to a road rage incident, driving slowly in the fast lane can lead to a higher risk of accidents. Whether a fender bender or full blown totaling, you never know what could happen if you don't follow the standard flow of traffic.

Arizona is Cutting Down on Slow Drivers
Many across the state have noticed this annoying trend, and Teresa Martinez is the one trying to make a change. She's pushed forward HB 2235, which would finally force these slow drivers to speed up, for face the consequences.
The bill sets two big goals to ensure changes are made, with the first of which being a $500 penalty for driving under the speed limit in the right lane. The second change would be mandatory road signs placed on highways, stating simply, "Left Lane For Passing Only, Slow Traffic Keep Right".
