High winds and winter snow, interspersed with warmer days and calmer nights have been unfurled on us like an irritated teenager. And by the looks of things, Arizona is swinging back around to cooler, windier conditions, yet again.

It's hard to believe we're talking about yet another winter storm impacting the entire state of Arizona. We're not used to dealing with this level of bipolar weather here, but for the here we go again with new winter weather system blowing into our area.

If you're driving in the Northern part of Arizona, particularly around Flagstaff, the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) is advising caution.

ADOT on Twitter advises caution around, "US 180 north of Snowbowl (milepost 236-248) and on Interstate 40 eastbound between mileposts 72 and 146 (between US 93 and Ash Fork)".

According to The Weather Channel, Cochise County is swinging back to winter with yet another winter storm warning in effect until Thursday morning.

From the Weather Channel: "Areas of heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 6 inches between 4000 and 5000 ft, with 6 to 14 inches at higher elevations. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph."

If you're new to Arizona and if you were expecting a mild winter with no snow or weather, I guess it's time to drop a postcard to your friends and let them know they'd better stay put. The weather this year is bad all over, and Arizona is no exception.
