The Tombstone Film Festival in association with Tombstone Forward, a nonprofit in Tombstone is coming up January 27th through the 29th. It's all western films, feature films, short films playing over a weekend with many more cool events. Some of the films you’ll be able to see? Two feature films, one's a western comedy called “Showdown in Yesteryear”, another one is about the African American Marshall Bass Reeves called “Corsicana” There is also a group of short films that are from all over the country including one from Sweden, everything from modern westerns to traditional westerns, spaghetti-style westerns and more.  

There will be special guest like western screenwriters and representatives from old Tucson, and representatives from the Arizona film office.  There will also be panels and other festival events all weekend.  

Get your festival passes, which gets you access to everything. There is a special price for Cochise County residents, only $30 (regular ticket price $50). The passes get you into every single screening, the panels, and the parties. The parties are every night at the Oriental Saloon and the Crystal Palace Saloon. After the screenings, everyone is encouraged everyone to have a great time in tombstone.  

This is a great was to support local business and the Tombstone community. 

Mark your calendars, the Tombstone Film Festival is January 27th through the 29th, and kicks off Friday the 29th with a screening of “Terror on the Prairie”.
