It was a lot of fun touring Cochise County, looking for some yummy Fish and Chips. Three different towns and three different restaurants. Here they are in no particular order.

The Crystal Palace in Tombstone, Arizona.

The Crystal Palace in Tombstone, Arizona. What a fantastic experience. Having lunch in a historic place is only the beginning of the ambiance. The server was wearing old West attire. Great service. The movie Tombstone was playing on a TV, and folks were sitting at the bar doing shots of Tequilla. The bar is massive and is full of a plethora of drinks. The food came out quickly and was hot. The fish and chips were delicious. The food was as good as the atmosphere.

The Table in Bisbee, Arizona.

The Table in Bisbee was the next stop. I'll take any excuse to visit Old Bisbee, and this restaurant is a popular place to eat for locals and visitors alike. Bisbee at night is an experience in and of itself, see the pictures below, and you'll see what I mean. The service was fast, and you could sit at the bar for more immediate seating. The fish and Chips were served fast and hot and included tarter sauce.

Urbano Bar & Grill in Sierra Vista

The final stop was Urbano Bar & Grill in Sierra Vista. They are comfortable and relaxing and have excellent service. In this case, I had shrimp and chips. This is my go-to dish when I go to Urbano. I also included a picture of the chicken and chips basket from Urbano.
Did I miss your favorite fish and chips? Let me know where because I want to try them all.
