Someone in Sierra Vista has won a $100,000 (ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLAR) POWERBALL prize. They matched four of five with the Powerball. That means they get fifty thousand dollars plus the power play, which equals one hundred thousand dollars. The announcement only said the winning ticket was purchased at a local Sierra Vista convivence store.
The drawing from January 28th is where the winning numbers were drawn.

If you want to get in on the Sierra Vista action, the current Powerball is at an estimated $572 Million dollars (five hundred seventy-two million). The cash payout of that amount would be around $308 Million (three hundred and eight million).
