Found! The Best Chicken Wings in Cochise County

We're really diving deep into some first world problems when a story breaks that a man in Chicago is alleging that the "boneless wings" being served by Buffalo Wild Wings is a lie.

The suit claims that Buffalo Wild Wings' "chicken wings" are not wings at all since they're made of white meat chicken breast. Somehow, "Buffalo Spicy Grown-Up Chicken Nuggets" doesn't sound quite the same.

Buffalo Wild Wings responded to the claim on Twitter:

R & R Pizza Express - Benson

R & R Pizza Express in Benson is a hometown favorite. Their menu describes their wings as, "Chicken wings fried to perfection, then tossed in your favorite sauce." 

And the sauce flavors are abundant, covering a range of flavors for all palates and spice levels. From mild to extra hot to barbecue, honey mustard and teriyaki - the choose your own adventure of the wing world.

Then there are the dipping sauces. Of course, Ranch and blue cheese make the list, but they also offer marinara, and extras of any of the flavors you can choose for your wings. Mix and match and decide which combo suits your appetite.

Pizzarama Gus the Greek - Bisbee

This little gem tucked away in the Safeway shopping center on Naco Highway in Bisbee is a great place to get pizza and wings.

Locals rave about this place. In a TripAdvisor.com review, user pazu_past describes Gus the Greek's atmosphere: "Hours are VERY specific so be sure to check. Fair prices, good service and Gus's unique personality!" 

The wings are true and delicious, so be sure to grab some to go with your pizza or gyro - or just enjoy them on their own.

If you're hanging around in Sierra Vista and someone mentions they want to get wings, no one even asks where: Vinny's New York Pizza is THE place to get delicious, authentic wings - whether mild, hot, suicidal or homicidal - these classic chicken wings are a local favorite.

I like to order mine well done, so they get a bit crispy around the edges. I wouldn't even consider eating a "mild" wing, although I'm sure they're delicious. Bring on the suicidal - or the homicidal, if I'm feeling especially sassy. Which local wing joint is your favorite?
