What is North Sentinel Island?
Located in the Indian Ocean, between India and Myanmar (Burma), North Sentinel Island is one of the last remaining pieces of land untouched by human progress. The island is inhabited by the Sentinelese, who are so reclusive they attempt to kill every outsider they see.
As a result, in order to Protect both the tribe and outsiders, no one is allowed within three miles of the island, much less step foot on it. As a result, Polyakov is facing up to five years in prison, but he should consider himself lucky he's still alive at all. The previous visitors to the island were not so lucky...
