Do prices cause wages to rise or is it the other way round?

At the core of our society rests the most important people on earth. They make our food, clean our homes, and ensure that every little thing in this giant machine of a country goes swimmingly.

For much of our history, Arizona, we paid our wages as we saw fit. That all changed, however, when in 2007, President George W. Bush established the $7.25 minimum wage.

While minimum wage is a pretty cut-and-dry case across the board, raising at either the federal or state level, prevailing wages are a different story entirely.

The minimum wage in Arizona was just raised, but is it time to do it again?
