I'm honestly not sure when humanity came up with the idea of "prison", but we're better off for it. As opposed to just executing or banishing everyone we don't want in our society, we now have a place to put them, and (hopefully) rehabilitate them.

When we think of Serial Killers, we think of the big ones: The Zodiac, John Wayne Gacy, Ted Bundy, etc. These stories are so well known these days, they've lost much of their shock value.

Sierra Vista is about as idyllic of a place to live as anywhere else. In the shadow of the Huachuca Mountains, this bustling metropolitan area is known for a tight-knit community, pleasant living, and most of all: peace and quiet.

We've finally made it past Halloween, which means the time for spooks and scares is over. Unfortunately for Arizona, this state never sleeps, and real-life horror stories keep popping up.

Looks like Arizona has its very own Norman Bates.
